Visibility Into Products Linked to Authorisations

Admins can now clearly see which products will be activated when approving an authorisation. Where previously only the authorisation itself was visible, the linked product(s) are now also displayed. This helps prevent confusion and improves accuracy when assigning access rights.

What is new?

Administrators will now see which specific products are activated when an authorisation is approved. Previously, only the authorisation itself was shown now the linked product(s) are also clearly displayed on the 'Confirm Authorisation' screen.

Why the change?

This update was driven by feedback from administrators, who reported confusion during the approval process due to the lack of product visibility. The improvement helps prevent incorrect product activations (e.g., accidentally enabling EH3 Complete or Tax and Customs Administration packages) and provides greater transparency and accuracy when assigning rights.

All administrators responsible for approving authorisations in environments with multiple products or roles, where clear visibility is critical for ensuring proper access.
