Autodata Administrator Guide:
Managing Access to EV & Hybrid Repair Information

Autodata & Digidentity
From November 2025, Autodata and Digidentity will launch a new identity verification solution in Australia and New Zealand to ensure that only verified technicians can access safety-critical repair information—such as data relating to high-voltage and hydrogen systems. For garage owners, this means your technicians must prove they are qualified and verified before they can view or use this information. Without verification, access will not be granted.
Easy process
With the Autodata–Digidentity integration, the process is simple, secure, and built directly into the Autodata Workshop Application: Register your garage and invite up to three technicians. Technicians use the Digidentity Wallet app to verify their identity and upload qualifications. Once approved, they gain QR-code access to the safety data they need. This integration helps your workshop stay safe, compliant, and future-ready as vehicle technology continues to evolve.
