You can get started with the registration for our signatures right away. All you need for this is your phone and your passport, driver's license, or ID card.
To finalise the registration, you need to be identified. With our remote registration process, you can identify yourself within a few minutes. This is done using a selfie and reading your identity document.
Once you have completed your registration, you can choose your preferred signing platform to sign documents with your new certificate. We are compatible with many of the most popular signing platforms available. Additionally, you can take advantage of Digidentity's free signing platform eSGN.com.
With our cloud-based certificates, there's no need for additional hardware. You can easily sign all your documents password-free using your preferred five-digit PIN, anytime and anywhere.
Once your document is signed, you can verify your signature in most PDF viewers. By using the signature panel or clicking on the signature itself, you can view the validity and relevant certifications associated with the digital signature.
How QES works
Digidentity is a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) under the EU electronic Identification and Signature (eIDAS) regulation This means we are granted the right to deliver one or more qualified trust services after undergoing a strict assessment process. Digidentity is listed on the EU Trusted Lists
Once a person’s identity is on our identity platform, they can remotely use their digital identity to sign documents. The documents are linked to their identity via a qualified certificate and are protected from forgery and tampering.
To do this, we verify the signer’s identity with our biometric verification method and issue a digital certificate. All easy to do remotely in real time, saving you time and money.
