You can choose from two levels of the company admin product: level 3 and level 4.
Company Admin Level 3
- Invite users for eHerkenning level 3 and below, digital signatures, KYC checks, and other services.
- Approve authorisations for eHerkenning level 3 and services at eIDAS substantial
- Manage user authorisations
- Issue chain authorisations to your intermediary

About the Digidentity Company Admin
Is the Digidentity Company Admin role free?
The Company Admin level 3 role is free in all cases. Company Administrator level 4 is included free of charge with an eHerkenning level 4 account. If you do not need an eHerkenning login yourself, you can purchase the Company Administrator level 4 product separately for €25.00 per year excluding VAT.
Can I also log in as a Company Admin myself?
With only a Company Admin product, you cannot log in yourself. This product is purely intended for managing eHerkenning and other services. Do you also need a login credential for yourself? In most cases, you can easily upgrade without going through identity verification again.
Can an employee also become a Company Admin?
Any employee within an organisation can be assigned the role of Company Admin. If you are not a legal representative yourself, a legal representative can grant the authorisation. As an organisation, you decide who receives the admin roles — whether that is IT, HR, management or office management.
