Introducing a seamless eHerkenning registration for companies outside the Netherlands.
Elevate your business in the Netherlands with eHerkenning for Foreign Companies from Digidentity. For companies outside the Netherlands without a registration at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK), the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst) can provide the necessary information for your eHerkenning registration. The only requirement is that your company is known to the Belastingdienst and has a Dutch Fiscal Number (FI-nr).
eHerkenning level 3, the most used level of assurance for eHerkenning.
There is an extra fee (€40) for the costs we make for validating your mandate to represent your organisation. The fee is a one-time fee, and is the same for all subscription periods and not included in the price below.

Preparation:
To register for eHerkenning for Foreign Companies you will need: an email address, a valid passport, a smartphone with NFC enabled, your company's Dutch Fiscal Number (FI-nr), and a bank account and email address for invoicing. Furthermore, you will be asked for a legal document stating the legal representatives of your company, e.g. an excerpt from a Chamber of Commerce.
