Digidentity's Professional Certificates add a layer of security and professionalism to your documents. By displaying both the name and title of the signer, it provides assurance to other businesses and partners that the person signing the document is authorised and qualified to do so.
With the same security standard as a qualified electronic signature (QES), a Professional Certificate protects against fraud and is just as legally valid as a handwritten signature.

The Professional Certificate can be used by recognized professions such as notaries, registered accountants, and bailiffs. Digidentity will first contact the registry to confirm the authorization.
With our unique remote registration process, professionals can easily verify their identity and profession. Once the registration is complete, they can effortlessly use their Professional Certificate to digitally sign documents.
To sign, professionals simply open the Digidentity app, select the appropriate certificate, and sign their documents by entering their PIN code. No smart card reader or USB token is required.

As a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) under the EU Regulation on Electronic Identification and Trust Services, we are authorized to provide Professional Certificates. Digidentity is listed on the EU Trusted Lists
