Week 33, 2024

### Algemene gebruikers:

Sommige verwijzingen naar "smartcard" zijn uit de app verwijderd. Gebruikers wordt nu gevraagd een pincode aan te maken om hun account te beveiligen in plaats van een smartcard te gebruiken.


### SERMI gebruikers:

Wanneer de QR-code wordt gebruikt, wordt het bureaublad van de gebruiker nu vernieuwd.

Gebruikers worden geïnformeerd dat hun SERMI-certificaat is geactiveerd en de contactgegevens van hun CAB (Conformity Assessment Body) worden weergegeven.


### Verbeterde beveiligingsfuncties

### Firebase App Check voor documentuploads

Er zijn extra beveiligingsfuncties ingevoerd om ervoor te zorgen dat verzoeken afkomstig zijn van de authentieke Digidentity-app. Alle apparaten die zijn geroot, worden gestopt tijdens het uploaden van documenten en krijgen een Green Tiger-foutmelding te zien.


### Self Service Portal

Het is niet meer mogelijk om machtigingen aan te maken die niet aan een product gekoppeld zijn.

De knop "Maak nieuwe machtiging aan" is hernoemd naar ‘Maak een nieuwe ketenmachtiging aan'. 

Er is een oplossing geïmplementeerd waarmee bedrijfsbeheerders rollen binnen de SSP kunnen creëren.

### General Users:

Certain references to "smart card" have been removed from the app. Users will now be asked to create a PIN code to secure their account instead of using a smart card.


### SERMI Users:

When the QR code is consumed, the user's desktop will now refresh.

Users will be informed that their SERMI Certificate has been activated and the contact details of the their CAB (Conformity Assessment Body) will be displayed.


### Enhanced Security Features

### Firebase App Check for Document Upload

Additional security features have been put in place to ensures that requests originate from the authentic Digidentity app. Any devices that have been rooted will be stopped at the document upload stage and will be shown a Green Tiger error message. 


### Self Service Portal

### Authorisation Restrictions: 
A restriction will now prevent the possibility to create authorisation for users directly from the SSP.

The "Create Authorisation" button has been renamed to ‘Create a new chain authorisation’. 

A fix has been implemented to allow company administrators to create roles within the SSP.

### Nieuwe functie: E-mailmeldingen

#### Wat is er nieuw?

Op verzoek van velen introduceren we een nieuwe functie die u per e-mail op de hoogte stelt wanneer een gebruiker zijn registratie voor onze diensten voltooit. Deze functie is van toepassing op de volgende diensten:

-Right to Work
-Right to Rent
-Know your Customer

Voortaan ontvangen alle bedrijfsbeheerders e-mailmeldingen voor zowel voltooide als afgewezen gebruikersregistraties.

Belangrijke opmerking: Als uw organisatie meerdere beheerders heeft, ontvangen alle beheerders deze meldingen.

#### Hoe werken de meldingen:

Na voltooiing of afwijzing van een gebruikersregistratie ontvangen alle beheerders een e-mailmelding. De e-mail bevat de naam van de gebruiker, de dienst waarvoor hij zich heeft geregistreerd, en een link naar zijn SSP-profiel. Vanuit het profiel kunnen beheerders het PDF-metadatarapport downloaden. Bij afwijzing bevat het rapport de reden, zodat beheerders de gebruiker kunnen helpen eventuele problemen op te lossen.

#### Wie wordt beïnvloed?

Alle bedrijfsbeheerders, aangezien zij deze e-mailmeldingen ontvangen.

#### Waarom deze wijziging?

Deze meldingen zijn bedoeld om de efficiëntie te verbeteren door u in real-time op de hoogte te houden van de voortgang van gebruikers. Dit elimineert de noodzaak om te vertrouwen op gebruikersbevestiging of om handmatig het portaal te controleren op de status van identiteitsverificatie.

Indien de gebruiker ermee instemt om een beoordeling achter te laten, wordt hij doorgestuurd naar het eHerkenning-beoordelingstool.

Intrekking van autorisatie-melding

We hebben verbeteringen aangebracht in de e-mailmelding die gebruikers ontvangen wanneer hun autorisatie wordt ingetrokken. Bekijk de bijgewerkte inhoud hieronder:

Melding van wijziging in registratie
We hebben verbeteringen aangebracht in de e-mailmelding die gebruikers ontvangen wanneer er wijzigingen in de registratie worden aangebracht. Bekijk hieronder de bijgewerkte inhoud.

### Verbeteringen

#### Toevoeging van beoordelingsscherm voor eHerkenning vóór afronding van registratie

We hebben een nieuw beoordelingsscherm geïntroduceerd dat gebruikers te zien krijgen voordat ze hun eHerkenning-registratie voltooien. Neem een moment om de bijgewerkte schermen hieronder te bekijken:

#### Nieuwe Gebruikerservaring:

1, Beoordelingsscherm toegevoegd: Voordat de registratie wordt afgerond, wordt gebruikers gevraagd om feedback te geven via een beoordelingssysteem.
2, Twee actie-flows gebaseerd op gebruikersselectie:

Beoordeling van 0 tot 6: Gebruikers die een beoordeling tussen 0 en 6 selecteren, worden naar een specifiek scherm geleid na het indienen van hun feedback.

Beoordeling van 7 of hoger: Gebruikers die 7 of hoger selecteren, doorlopen een andere flow:

Na het indienen van hun beoordeling worden gebruikers doorgestuurd naar een scherm met de vraag om een beoordeling achter te laten op de officiële eHerkenning-website.

Indien de gebruiker akkoord gaat om een beoordeling achter te laten, wordt hij doorgestuurd naar het eHerkenning-beoordelingstool.

Intrekking van autorisatie-melding
Update: Verbeteringen in de intrekking van autorisatie e-mail
We hebben verbeteringen aangebracht in de e-mailmelding die gebruikers ontvangen wanneer hun autorisatie wordt ingetrokken. Bekijk de bijgewerkte inhoud hieronder:

### Bugfixes

#### URL-fout bij taalinstellingen opgelost
We hebben een probleem opgelost dat fouten veroorzaakte wanneer bepaalde landcodes werden gebruikt in de Digidentity-URL. Voorheen leidde dit tot een foutmelding en konden gebruikers niet doorgaan tenzij ze terugschakelden naar Engels.

Met deze update kunnen gebruikers nu verschillende landinstellingen selecteren in de platform-URL zonder onderbrekingen.

#### Vertaalproblemen op facturen
We hebben een oplossing geïmplementeerd voor vertaalproblemen die facturen beïnvloedden:

Sommige Nederlandse facturen toonden Engelse tekst, en omgekeerd. Dit is nu gecorrigeerd.

Daarnaast ontbrak bij Nederlandse facturen het veld “contact_email,” wat nu is toegevoegd.

Zowel Nederlandse als Engelse facturen tonen voortaan de correcte vertalingen, wat consistentie en nauwkeurigheid waarborgt.

### Algemene updates

#### Betalingswijziging voor eHerkenning niveau 4 - Direct tijdens registratie

De betaling voor eHerkenning Niveau 4 Remote vindt plaats tijdens de registratie. U kunt betalen met een creditcard of via iDEAL. Hoewel de betaling in dit stadium wordt verwerkt, gaat het abonnement pas in zodra de registratie volledig is afgerond.

Indien u tijdens de looptijd van uw eHerkenning Niveau 3-abonnement overstapt naar een eHerkenning Niveau 4 Remote-abonnement, worden de resterende dagen van uw huidige abonnement in mindering gebracht.

Het resterende bedrag na deze aftrek wordt in rekening gebracht tijdens de registratie voor eHerkenning Niveau 4 Remote indien u:

-De bedrijfsbeheerder bent die door uw bedrijf bij Digidentity is aangesteld.
-Een medewerker bent van een bedrijf dat nog geen bedrijfsbeheerder heeft aangesteld bij Digidentity.

Of u onmiddellijk of achteraf betaalt, hangt af van of uw bedrijf een bedrijfsbeheerder binnen Digidentity heeft aangesteld.
Als uw bedrijf al een bedrijfsbeheerder bij Digidentity heeft aangesteld en u bent niet deze beheerder, wordt de factuur per e-mail naar uw bedrijfsbeheerder gestuurd.

### New feature: Email notifications 

#### Whats new?

As many of you have requested, we are pleased to introduce a new feature that will notify you via email when a user completes their registration for our services. This feature will apply to the following services:   

-Right to Work
-Right to Rent
-Know Your Customer

Moving forward, all company administrators will receive email notifications for both completed and rejected user registrations.   

Important note: If your organisation has multiple administrators, all admins will receive these notifications.   

#### How the notifications will work:   

 Upon completion or rejection of a user's registration, all administrators will receive an email notification. The email will include the user’s name, the service they registered for, and a link to their SSP profile. From the profile, administrators can download the PDF metadata report. In the case of rejection, the report will include the reason, allowing administrators to assist the user in resolving any issues.

#### Who is impacted?  

All company admins as they will receive these email notifications. 

#### Why the change?

These notifications are designed to improve efficiency by keeping you updated on user progress in real-time. This eliminates the need to rely on user confirmation or manually check the portal for identity verification status.  

If the user agrees to leave a review, they will be redirected to the eHerkenning review tool.

Revocation of Authorisation Notification

### Improvements

#### Addition of Review Screen for eHerkenning Before Registration Completion

We have introduced a new review screen that users will encounter before completing their eHerkenning registration. Please take a moment to review the updated screens below:

#### New User Experience:
1, Review Screen Added: Before finalising registration, users will now be prompted to provide feedback using a rating system.
2, Two Action Flows Based on User Selection:

Rating of 0 to 6: Users selecting a rating between 0 and 6 will be directed to a specific screen after submitting their feedback.

Rating of 7 or Higher: Users selecting 7 or higher will enter a different flow:

After submitting their rating, users will be redirected to a screen asking them to leave a review on the official eHerkenning website.

### Bug fixes

#### URL Error with Language Settings Fixed
 
We’ve resolved an issue that caused errors when certain country codes were used in the Digidentity URL. Previously, this would trigger an error message and prevent users from continuing unless they switched back to English.

With this update, users can now select different country settings in the platform URL without any interruptions.

#### Translation Issues on Invoices
We’ve implemented a fix for the translation issues affecting invoices:

Some Dutch invoices were displaying English text, and vice versa. This has now been corrected.

Additionally, Dutch invoices were missing the contact_email field, which has now been added.

Both Dutch and English invoices will now display the correct translations, ensuring consistency and accuracy moving forward.

### General updates

#### Payment Change for eHerkenning Level 4 - Directly During Registration
 
The payment for eHerkenning Level 4 Remote takes place during registration. You can pay with a credit card or via iDEAL. Although payment is processed at this stage, the subscription will only commence once registration is fully completed.
 
If you upgrade your eHerkenning Level 3 subscription to an eHerkenning Level 4 Remote subscription during the term, the remaining days on your current subscription will be deducted.
 
The remaining cost after this deduction will be charged during registration for eHerkenning Level 4 Remote if you are:
 
-The company administrator appointed by your company at Digidentity.
-An employee of a company that has not yet appointed a company administrator at Digidentity.

Whether you pay immediately or afterwards depends on whether your company has appointed a company administrator within Digidentity.
If your company has already appointed a company administrator at Digidentity and you are not this administrator, the invoice will be sent via email to your company administrator.

Week 41, 2024

## SERMI Admin-productintroductie nu beschikbaar

We zijn verheugd om aan te kondigen dat we nu meerdere personen kunnen introduceren voor SERMI CAB-onboarding. Als uw organisatie van plan is om extra SERMI-beheerders aan te nemen, neem dan contact op met uw toegewijde Customer Success Officer voor hulp bij het plannen en coördineren van het onboardingproces.

#### Geplande onderhoudstijden

We willen u graag informeren over de komende onderhoudsperioden voor beveiligingsupdates voor het platform: 

Maandag 28 oktober 2024: 22:00 - 00:00 uur 

Dinsdag 5 november 2024: 22:00 - 00:00 uur 

We verwachten minimale downtime tijdens beide vensters. 

De statuspagina wordt binnenkort bijgewerkt om deze onderhoudsschema's weer te geven. Houdt dit in de gaten en neem contact op als u zich zorgen maakt of vragen heeft.

#### Wijziging facturatie ketenmachtigingen

Digidentity B.V. wijzigt per 1 december 2024 de facturatie voor ketenmachtigingen. Vanaf die datum worden de kosten voor een ketenmachtiging rechtstreeks bij de intermediair in rekening gebracht.  Deze wijziging geldt voor al onze klanten die ketenmachtigingen gebruiken voor eHerkenning.

Neemt uw organisatie een groot aantal ketenmachtigingen af? Neem dan contact met ons op voor onze enterprise mogelijkheden en een offerte op maat.

## SERMI Admin Product Onboarding Now Available 

We are excited to announce that we can now onboard multiple individuals for SERMI CAB onboarding. If your organisation is planning to onboard additional SERMI admins, please reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Officer for assistance in scheduling and coordinating the onboarding process. 

#### Upcoming Maintenance Windows 

We would like to inform you of the upcoming maintenance windows scheduled for security updates to the platform:

Tuesday, 5th November 2024: 22:00 - 00:00 

We expect minimal downtime during both windows.

#### Change invoicing chain authorizations

Digidentity B.V. will change the invoicing for chain authorizations as of December 1, 2024. From that date, the costs for a chain authorization will be charged directly to the intermediary.  This change applies to all our customers who use chain authorizations for eHerkenning.

-Er wordt een specifieke foutmelding weergegeven die de vorige algemene foutmelding vervangt
-Opmerking: SERMI-certificaten kunnen niet opnieuw worden geactiveerd als de QR-code al is gebruikt.

Meerdere bugfixes geïmplementeerd in het platform om de algehele stabiliteit en prestaties te verbeteren.

-Improved error handling for situations where a SERMI Certificate has already been created.
-Users will now be informed if the QR code has been consumed and the account is already created.

-Note: SERMI certificates cannot be activated again if the QR code has already been consumed.

Het inlegportaal heeft een nieuw design gekregen, dit is  een visuele verandering.

## Admin dashboard

In een nieuwe feature van ons SSP kunnen bedrijfsbeheerders nu een dashboard openen. Hierin zien de beheerders de volgende overzichten:

**1.  machtiging/abonnement verlenging overzicht**
**2. verlopende machtigingen overzicht** 
**3. machtigingsaanvragen overzicht.**

### 1. Aanpasbare SERMI-schermen
We zijn verheugd om nieuwe aanpassingsmogelijkheden te introduceren voor conformiteitsbeoordelingsinstanties (CAB's) die het SERMI-product gebruiken. Nu kunt u de gebruikersreis van uw klanten personaliseren met aanpasbare landings- en successchermen.

### Wat kunt u verwachten
**Landingspagina**: Gebruikers komen voor het eerst in aanraking met een landingspagina die is ontworpen om hen te informeren over het accepteren van hun SERMI-certificaat. Dit scherm schept verwachtingen en biedt gebruikers een duidelijk startpunt.

**Successcherm**: Na het succesvol activeren van hun certificaat, krijgen gebruikers een successcherm te zien dat bevestigt dat het proces is voltooid.

Beide schermen kunnen worden aangepast met de door u gewenste tekst, zodat u de boodschap kunt afstemmen op uw publiek.

### Hoe te gebruiken
Als u deze schermen wilt personaliseren, neem dan contact op met onze afdeling Customer Success voor begeleiding en ondersteuning bij het configuratieproces.

Als u geen contact met ons opneemt om de tekst te personaliseren, gebruiken we de standaardformulering.

### 2. Initiatie ketenautorisatie uitgeschakeld voor RSS
We hebben het ketenautorisatieproces binnen de Digidentity app aangepast. Per direct kunnen ketenmachtigingsverzoeken niet meer worden geïnitieerd door een RSS (Remote Service Supplier). In plaats daarvan kan alleen een IOE (Independent Operator Employee) dit proces starten.

Deze wijziging is in lijn met de nieuwste SERMI-richtlijnen om naleving te garanderen en de veiligheid van het autorisatieproces te verbeteren.

### 1. Customisable SERMI Screens
We're excited to introduce new customisation options for Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) using the SERMI product. Now, you can personalise your customers' user journey with customisable landing and success screens.

### What to Expect
**Landing Page**: Users will first encounter a landing page designed to inform them about accepting their SERMI Certificate. This screen helps set expectations and provides a clearer starting point for users.

**Success Screen**: After successfully activating their certificate, users will see a success screen confirming completion of the process.

Both screens can be customised with your preferred text, allowing you to tailor the messaging to your audience.

How to Use
If you'd like to personalise these screens, please contact our Customer Success Department for guidance and support with the configuration process.

If you don't contact us to personalise the text, we will use the default wording.

### 2. Chain Authorisation Initiation Disabled for RSS
We have updated the chain authorisation process within the Digidentity app. Effective immediately, chain authorisation requests can no longer be initiated by an RSS (Remote Service Supplier). Instead, only an IOE (Independent Operator Employee) will have the ability to initiate this process.

This change aligns with the latest SERMI scheme guidelines to ensure compliance and improve the security of the authorization process.

## Nieuwe functie: Aanpasbare Servicekaarten in de Digidentity Wallet

We zijn verheugd om een nieuwe aanpassingsfunctie voor servicekaarten binnen de Digidentity Wallet te introduceren. Voorheen waren servicekaarten niet aanpasbaar, maar met deze update kunt u deze kaarten nu aanpassen op zowel product- als bedrijfsniveau.

### Aanpassing op Productniveau
U kunt nu een unieke kaartkleur instellen voor elk product binnen uw Digidentity Wallet. Dit betekent dat iedereen die wordt uitgenodigd om zich te registreren voor een specifiek product, de aangepaste kaartkleur zal zien die aan dat product is gekoppeld, wat zorgt voor een meer op maat gemaakte gebruikerservaring.

### Aanpassing op Bedrijfsniveau 
Naast aanpassing op productniveau kunt u nu servicekaarten personaliseren op bedrijfsniveau. U kunt de kleur en het logo van uw bedrijf toevoegen aan uw servicekaarten, zodat iedereen die wordt uitgenodigd om zich te registreren vanuit uw bedrijf een aangepaste kaart zal zien binnen hun Digidentity Wallet.

We are thrilled to introduce a new customisation feature for service cards within the Digidentity Wallet. Previously, service cards were not customisable, but with this update, you can now customise these cards at both the product and company levels.

## Product-Level Customisation

You can now set a unique card colour for each product within your Digidentity Wallet. This means that anyone invited to register for a specific product will see the custom card colour associated with that product, offering a more tailored user experience.

## Company-Level Customisation

In addition to product-level customisation, you can now personalise service cards at the company level. You can add your company's colour and logo to your service cards, ensuring that anyone invited to register from your company will see a customised card within their Digidentity Wallet.

This feature offers greater flexibility and allows you to create a unique and branded experience for your users.

## Automatische omleiding naar SSP-dashboard na productregistratie door bedrijfsbeheerder

## Automatic Redirect to SSP Dashboard After Company Administrator Product Registration 

We’ve enhanced the user flow for Company Administrator product registration. Now, upon successful registration, the user will automatically land on the SSP dashboard of the company associated with the KVK specified during registration. 

Are you already an administrator of other companies and do you want to start a new company? You will then automatically end up in the SSP dashboard for this company.

### Notificatie

### Nieuwe functies: Smartcard-referentie

#### Wat is er veranderd?

Met genoegen kunnen wij mededelen dat alle verwijzingen naar de term smartcard zijn verwijderd uit de Digidentity app voor product- en dienstregistraties.

#### Welke gebruikers worden beïnvloed?

Deze functie is van toepassing op zowel bestaande als nieuwe gebruikers. In plaats van dat er wordt gevraagd om een smartcard aan te maken, worden alle gebruikers nu gevraagd een pincode in te voeren om hun account te beveiligen.

#### Waarom deze verandering?

Het vorige begrip smartcard zorgde vaak voor verwarring tijdens de registratie. Door deze te vervangen door Pincode invoeren wordt het proces overzichtelijker en gebruiksvriendelijker.

#### Ontbrekende geboortedatum op identiteitsdocumenten

We are pleased to announce that all references to the term smart card have been removed from the Digidentity app for product and service registrations.

### Week 25: Spannende Nieuwe Functies en Updates voor Beheerders en Gebruikers!
We zijn verheugd om een reeks nieuwe functies, verbeteringen en oplossingen aan te kondigen die het beheren van de eHerkenning-ervaring van jouw organisatie nog soepeler maken. Laten we eens kijken wat er nieuw is:

#### Nieuwe Functies:
#### Nieuwe Kolom: Gedeeltelijk of Volledig Geautoriseerd
We hebben een nieuwe kolom toegevoegd waarin beheerders snel de autorisatiestatus van gebruikers kunnen controleren. Het is nu eenvoudig om te zien of een gebruiker volledig of slechts gedeeltelijk geautoriseerd is, wat zorgt voor meer zichtbaarheid en controle.

#### Waarom deze wijziging? 
Deze functie biedt duidelijkheid voor beheerders en helpt hen om gebruikersautorisaties beter te beheren, wat verwarring over de status vermindert.
Impact: Dit is vooral nuttig voor beheerders die grote teams beheren en het belangrijk vinden onderscheid te maken tussen gebruikers met volledige of gedeeltelijke autorisatie.

#### Automatisch Beheer van Verlengen
Beheerders kunnen nu kiezen om autorisaties automatisch te stoppen of te verlengen tot 30 dagen voordat deze verlopen. Dit voorkomt onverwachte onderbrekingen van diensten en maakt het beheren van aflopende autorisaties eenvoudiger.
Waarom deze wijziging: Dit helpt om verstoringen door verlopen autorisaties te voorkomen en zorgt voor continuïteit in de toegang tot diensten.
Impact: Deze verandering is nuttig voor zowel beheerders (minder handmatige verlengingen) als gebruikers, die minder vaak onderbrekingen in hun autorisatiestatus ervaren.

#### Bulk Goedkeuring van Werknemers
Bespaar tijd met onze nieuwe bulkgoedkeuringsfunctie! Beheerders kunnen nu meerdere gebruikers in één keer selecteren en hun autorisaties goedkeuren. Het is niet meer nodig om het proces voor elke persoon afzonderlijk te herhalen – we hebben het voor je vereenvoudigd.
Waarom deze wijziging: Ontworpen om de efficiëntie voor beheerders te verbeteren, vermindert deze functie de administratieve belasting, vooral in grote organisaties.
Impact: Dit is vooral nuttig voor beheerders die dagelijks veel autorisaties moeten afhandelen.

#### Onvoltooide Registraties Bijhouden
Als je een streepje in de registratiekolom ziet, betekent dit dat een gebruiker zijn registratie is gestart, maar nog niet heeft voltooid. Dit stelt beheerders in staat om de voortgang van registraties bij te houden en indien nodig gebruikers te benaderen.

#### Verbeterde NFC Document Upload
We hebben onze NFC-procedure bijgewerkt voor een nog soepelere verificatie. Gebruikers moeten nu zowel de voor- als achterkant van hun paspoort uploaden tijdens de registratie om een veiligere en nauwkeurigere identificatie te garanderen.
Waarom deze wijziging: Deze verbetering verhoogt de veiligheid van het identiteitsverificatieproces, vermindert fouten en maakt het proces betrouwbaarder.
Impact: Alle gebruikers die zich registreren met NFC, vooral degenen die paspoorten of andere identiteitsdocumenten gebruiken.

#### Bekijk Je Producten bij Inloggen
Gebruikers kunnen nu de producten en diensten waarvoor ze geregistreerd zijn direct bekijken in het profielgedeelte van het SSP (Self-Service Portal).
Waarom deze wijziging: Dit geeft gebruikers een duidelijker inzicht in hun productabonnementen en vermindert verwarring over welke diensten ze toegang hebben.
Impact: Alle gebruikers die willen bijhouden voor welke producten en diensten ze geregistreerd zijn.

#### Geavanceerde Filteropties voor Beheerders
Beheerders kunnen nu hun zoekopdrachten verfijnen op basis van gebruikersstatus, naam, product, goedkeuringsstatus, vervaldatum en de tijd dat een gebruiker actief is geweest. Deze verbeterde filter maakt het vinden van specifieke gebruikers of informatie veel gemakkelijker en sneller.
Waarom deze wijziging: Deze verbetering geeft beheerders betere tools om grote aantallen gebruikers te beheren en de SSP efficiënter te navigeren.
Impact: Beheerders die gebruikers beheren binnen grote organisaties.

#### Bugfixes:
#### CSV-Rapportfout Opgelost
We hebben het probleem opgelost dat fouten veroorzaakte bij het maken van .CSV-rapporten in de SSP, vooral wanneer er veel gebruikers aan een organisatie waren gekoppeld. Het exporteren van gegevens verloopt nu probleemloos.
Impact: Beheerders die grote rapporten genereren, profiteren van betrouwbare exportfunctionaliteit.

#### QR-code Inloggen Tijdelijk Uitgeschakeld
Door onze recente website redesign is de optie om in te loggen met een QR-code tijdelijk uitgeschakeld. Je kunt nog steeds inloggen met je inloggegevens terwijl we werken aan het opnieuw inschakelen van deze functie.
Impact: Dit treft vooral gebruikers die de voorkeur gaven aan inloggen via QR-codes. Het is een tijdelijke situatie, inloggen via inloggegevens is nog steeds beschikbaar.

#### Deactivatie van Werknemers Nu Volledig Geautomatiseerd
Beheerders kunnen nu werknemers deactiveren zonder dat er een extra e-mail naar de financiële afdeling hoeft te worden gestuurd. Zodra een account is gedeactiveerd, stopt de facturering automatisch voor dat account.
Waarom deze wijziging? Dit vereenvoudigt het deactivatieproces en elimineert overbodige stappen, waardoor de facturering en toegang automatisch worden gesynchroniseerd.
Impact: Dit is gunstig voor zowel beheerders die gebruikers beheren als voor de financiële teams, door processen te stroomlijnen.

Geplande Onderhoudswerkzaamheden

Impact: This change benefits both admins (by reducing manual renewals) and users, who will have fewer interruptions in their authorisation status.

#### Bulk Employee Approval
Save time with our new bulk approval feature! Admins can now select multiple users at once and approve their authorisations in one go. No need to repeat the process for each individual – we’ve streamlined it for you.
Why this change? Designed to improve efficiency for admins managing a large number of employees, this feature reduces administrative overhead.
Impact: Primarily for admins, especially those in large organisations who handle many authorisations daily.

#### Tracking Unfinished Registrations

If you notice a dash in the registration column, it indicates that a user has started their registration but hasn’t completed it yet. This allows admins to follow up and ensure registrations are completed on time.
Why this change? This improves tracking of user progress, ensuring smoother onboarding processes and helping admins follow up on incomplete registrations.
Impact: Admins responsible for user management and registration.

Admins can now refine their search based on user status, name, product, approval status, expiry date, and the time a user has been active. This enhanced filter makes finding specific users or information much easier and faster.
Why this change? This change provides admins with better tools to manage large numbers of users and navigate the SSP more efficiently.
Impact: Admins who need to manage or search for specific users within large organisations.

#### Bug Fixes:

#### CSV Report Error Resolved
We’ve fixed the issue that caused errors when creating .CSV reports in the SSP, especially when there were many users linked to an organisation. Now, exporting your data works seamlessly.
Impact: For admins generating large reports, this fix ensures reliable export functionality.

#### QR Code Login Disabled Temporarily
Due to our recent website redesign, the option to log in using a QR code has been temporarily disabled. You can still log in using your credentials while we work to bring this feature back soon.
Impact: This primarily affects users who preferred using QR codes for login. It’s a temporary issue, and login via credentials is still available.

#### Employee Deactivation Now Fully Automated
Admins can now deactivate employees without needing to send an additional email to the Finance department. Once an account is deactivated, billing for that account will automatically stop.
#### Why this change? 
This simplifies the deactivation process and eliminates redundant steps, ensuring that billing and access are automatically aligned.
Impact: Benefits both admins managing users and finance teams by streamlining processes.

## Gebruikers filters 
U kunt filteren op gebruikers die een registratie voor een product zijn gestart, maar nog niet hebben afgerond. Kies hiervoor in het product tabblad de filter ’no product’.

## U kunt nu meerdere filters selecteren
Filteren op meerdere producten tegelijk is nu mogelijk. U ziet dan alle gebruikers die deze registraties hebben doorlopen.

## Notificatie wanneer een machtiging vernieuwd wordt.
Als u een machtiging vernieuwd in het SSP krijgt u nu een melding te zien als dit succesvol is.

Als u een machtiging wilt goedkeuren van een hoger veiligheidsniveau dan uzelf heeft krijgt u nu een melding te zien dat u niet geautoriseerd bent voor deze goedkeuring.

## User filters 
You can filter for users who have started but not yet completed a registration for a product. To do this, select the filter 'no product' in the product tab.

## Multiple filters
Filtering on multiple products at the same time is now possible. You will then see all users who have completed registration for the selected products. 

## Notification when an authorisation is renewed.
If you renew an authorisation in the SSP, you will now see a message to confirm this was successful.

If you want to approve an authorisation of a higher security level than you are registered for, you will now see a message that you are not authorized for this approval.

## Wijzigingen op machtigingenpagina

Authorisation page’s look is changed, the services tree is upgraded and the search bar is upgraded. Also, you can now save a selection of services and approve after and you will only approve the saved ones.

## Coupon change
Coupon changes, in the invite page whenever you put in a Coupon in the SSP you can only invite for the product that is linked to the coupon.

## Improvement to workflow
Users that are admin for a company are redirected to the "dashboard" page instead of the "organisation and me" page.

Voorheen werden er onmiddellijk kosten in rekening gebracht na een certificaatreset op initiatief van de CAB. Deze nieuwe functie biedt maximaal drie gratis resets voor elke IOE en RSSE tijdens hun autorisatieperiode van vijf jaar.

Aan het einde van de periode van vijf jaar wordt de teller voor gratis resets automatisch gereset, waardoor IOE's en RSSE's drie nieuwe gratis resets krijgen voor de daaropvolgende autorisatieperiode.

#### Three free Resets for SERMI Users

#### What is new?

We are pleased to inform you that, effective from today the 25th of Nov, the first three resets for all SERMI IOEs and RSSEs will now be free of charge. Billing for certificate resets will only be triggered starting from the fourth reset.
 
Previously, a cost was triggered immediately upon a certificate reset initiated by the CAB. This new feature provides up to three free resets for each IOE and RSSE during their 5-year authorisation period.
 
At the end of the 5-year period, the counter for free resets will automatically reset, granting IOEs and RSSEs three new free resets for the subsequent authorisation period.

#### Who is impacted? 

-All SERMI users.

#### Why the change? 

This enhancement allows SERMI users to reset their certificates free of charge if they lose access to their certificate or fail to scan the QR code in time to activate it.

Uit feedback van klanten blijkt dat gebruikers vaak de knop "Rol" over het hoofd zien tijdens het uitnodigingsproces, wat leidt tot verwarring over hoe rollen moeten worden toegewezen aan uitgenodigde gebruikers. Om de gebruikerservaring te verbeteren en de roltoewijzing duidelijker te maken, hebben we verbeteringen aangebracht in het uitnodigingsproces.

#### Nieuwe functie: Rollen toewijzen aan uitgenodigde gebruikers

**Rollen toewijzen**: 
Je kunt nu rollen toewijzen aan gebruikers tijdens het uitnodigingsproces. Elke rol geeft specifieke toegang tot de servicecatalogus.

**Rollen configureren**: 
Als je een nieuwe rol moet maken, doe je dat via het menu-item “Rollen”.

**Nieuwe landingspagina**: 
Er is een nieuwe landingspagina toegevoegd aan het uitnodigingsproces. Op deze pagina kun je een rol toewijzen aan de gebruiker voordat je de uitnodiging verstuurt.

You can now assign roles to users during the invitation process. Each role grants specific access to the service catalogue.

A new landing page has been added to the invitation process. This page will allow you to assign a role to the user before sending the invitation.

These improvements are designed to ensure admins are aware of how to assign roles during the invitation process, thereby enhancing overall usability and functionality.

Bij Digidentity willen we het registratieproces zo makkelijk mogelijk maken. Daarom hebben we een nieuw, duidelijker foutbericht toegevoegd voor gebruikers die hun identiteit via een mobiel apparaat willen verifiëren.

Vanaf nu, als je een niet-ondersteund apparaat gebruikt, krijg je meteen een heldere melding:

"Dit apparaat wordt niet ondersteund. Probeer een ander apparaat."

Zo weet je direct waar je aan toe bent en kun je zonder gedoe een ander apparaat gebruiken om door te gaan.

Starting now, if a user attempts to verify their identity using an unsupported mobile device, they will receive a direct and easy-to-understand error message:

This update ensures that users are immediately aware of any compatibility issues, allowing them to switch devices and continue their verification process without confusion or frustration.

From the end of March, the Digidentity Wallet will no longer support Android version 9 because there are no more security updates for this version. We want to ensure the best security and optimal privacy and therefore encourage all our customers who use Android version 9 to upgrade their mobile devices before 28 March 2025.

 The minimum required Android version for the Digidentity Wallet will be raised to Android version 10.

Gebruikers kunnen niet langer worden uitgenodigd voor een product dat ze al hebben aangeschaft. Als een e-mailadres wordt toegevoegd voor een medewerker die al toegang heeft tot het geselecteerde product, verschijnt er een waarschuwingsmelding en wordt de gebruiker niet toegevoegd aan de lijst met genodigden.

#### Waarom deze wijziging?

Voorheen konden gebruikers die een product al hadden gekocht nog steeds uitnodigingen ontvangen voor hetzelfde product. Dit leidde tot een foutmelding, wat onnodige verwarring veroorzaakte. Met deze update worden dubbele uitnodigingen voorkomen voordat ze plaatsvinden, waardoor het proces efficiënter verloopt.

Deze update komt alle gebruikers en beheerders ten goede door overbodige uitnodigingen te voorkomen, fouten te verminderen en het onboardingproces te stroomlijnen.

### Verbeteringen

#### Soepelere upgrades voor eHerkenning: geen Service Desk-contact meer nodig!

Het upgraden van je eHerkenning-product is nu een stuk eenvoudiger.

Voorheen verliep het upgradeproces niet altijd even soepel. Hoewel het abonnement werd aangepast, moest je nog steeds apart contact opnemen met de Service Desk om toegang te krijgen tot extra diensten. Dit zorgde vaak voor verwarring, omdat veel gebruikers verwachtten dat een upgrade naar een hoger niveau, zoals eHerkenning niveau 3 compleet, automatisch toegang zou geven tot alle bijbehorende diensten.

We hebben naar jullie feedback geluisterd en dit aangepast! Vanaf nu, wanneer je bijvoorbeeld je eHerkenning niveau 3 Belasting-product upgradet naar eHerkenning niveau 3 Compleet, worden alle bijbehorende diensten automatisch toegevoegd—geen extra stappen meer nodig.

Dit betekent een soepelere ervaring, minder gedoe en directe toegang tot de diensten die je nodig hebt. 

Duidelijker, Simpeler, Beter: Het uploaden van je machtigingsbrief is nu eenvoudiger

We merkten onlangs dat onze instructies voor het uploaden van de machtigingsbrief in de Digidentity Wallet niet zo duidelijk waren als ze konden zijn—dus hebben we ze verbeterd!

Voorheen vroegen we je simpelweg om de brief te scannen, maar we beseften dat dit voor verwarring kon zorgen, waardoor sommige gebruikers alleen de QR-code op de brief scanden. Onze bijgewerkte instructies geven nu duidelijk aan dat je de volledige brief moet scannen.

Deze kleine maar belangrijke aanpassing maakt het proces veel duidelijker, zodat je je upload snel en zonder gedoe kunt voltooien.

If an account is blocked due to expired or revoked certificates, the app will now clearly display this status. Users will no longer be left wondering why they can't access their account. Instead, they will receive a clear message instructing them to contact our support desk for further assistance.

Previously, when an account was blocked, the app did not provide a clear explanation, often leaving users confused about why they couldn’t log in.

With this new feature, users will now receive a direct notification informing them that their account is blocked or expired. This ensures they know immediately why they are unable to access their account and what steps they need to take to resolve the issue.

#### Verbeterde prestaties voor bedrijven met te grote KvK-uittreksels

#### Wat is er veranderd?

Bepaalde KvK-uitreksels veroorzaakten problemen met laadtijden voor gebruikers in de SSP. Dit werd veroorzaakt doordat deze KvK-uitreksels aanzienlijk groter waren dan het gemiddelde KvK-uitreksel. 

#### Waarom deze verandering? 

Gebruikers die zich bij deze bedrijven probeerden te registreren, konden problemen ondervinden bij het voltooien van hun registratie voor onze e-herkenningsdiensten. 

De registratiestroom verliep trager en veel gebruikers kwamen een algemene foutmelding tegen met de melding 500 “Er is iets misgegaan, probeer het later opnieuw”. 

#### Wie wordt beïnvloed? 

Deze update is voor alle gebruikers die zich proberen in te schrijven voor bedrijven met deze grote KvK-uittreksels.

#### Wat is er veranderd?
Soms kunnen ingetrokken machtigingen of verlopen abonnementen problemen veroorzaken die alleen onze servicedesk kan oplossen. Voorheen kregen gebruikers in deze situaties geen duidelijke melding, wat voor verwarring zorgde bij beheerders van onze producten, zoals eHerkenning.

Met deze verbetering tonen we nu een heldere foutmelding wanneer een machtiging wordt gedeactiveerd door een verlopen of opgezegd abonnement. De gebruiker krijgt direct het advies om contact op te nemen met de Digidentity Service Desk voor verdere hulp. Zo maken we het beheer van machtigingen eenvoudiger en efficiënter!

A new onboarding screen has been introduced, now featuring a single "*Log In*" button.

Account creation is no longer possible via the app, except for users who are specifically invited by a company admin to register for a product without an existing account.

Users who wish to register independently for any Digidentity product or service will be redirected to the web page to complete their registration. Please see below for examples.

This update optimises the handling of these large extracts to improve performance and results in quicker registration time for all our users when registering for e-herkenning. 

#### Why the change? 

Some users registering for e-herkenning with certain affected companies experienced delays in the registration flow and encountered a 500 error ("Something has gone wrong, please try again later"). This fix improves the registration process, ensuring a smoother experience and preventing potential delays.

#### Who is impacted? 
Users who try to register for companies with these large KvK extracts.

Sometimes, revoked authorizations or expired subscriptions cause issues that only our service desk can resolve. Previously, users didn’t receive a clear message in these situations, leading to confusion for administrators managing our products, such as eHerkenning.

With this improvement, users will now see a clear error message when an authorization is deactivated due to an expired or canceled subscription. The message will direct them to contact the Digidentity Service Desk for further assistance, making authorization management simpler and more efficient!

This update reduces manual workload, prevents potential system abuse, and ensures a more secure and efficient process for managing expired authorisations.

#### SERMI Certificate Reset Now Disables Previous Invitations

#### What is new?
Previously, if a SERMI certificate user received multiple invitations to activate their certificate, all invitation links remained active but did not allow the user to complete activation, causing confusion for both users and CABs.

With this improvement, when a SERMI certificate is reset, all previous invitations related to that certificate will be automatically disabled, ensuring a smoother activation process.

#### Why the change?
This update prevents confusion for both clients and Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) by ensuring that outdated invitations cannot be used after a reset.

#### Who is impacted?
Clients and CABs managing SERMI certificate resets.

We hebben ons platform gebruiksvriendelijker gemaakt! Registreren en medewerkers uitnodigen is nu eenvoudiger en efficiënter.

#### Direct betalen bij registratie
Vanaf nu wordt de betaling voor alle eHerkennings producten direct geregeld tijdens de registratie. Dit betekent dat je meteen aan de slag kunt zodra je machtiging is goedgekeurd.

Kies tijdens de registratie simpelweg een betaalmethode: creditcard of iDEAL.

### Wie betaalt de factuur?

#### Bedrijfsbeheerders:
Bedrijfsbeheerders betalen direct bij de eerste registratie. Voor alle registraties daarna ontvangt de beheerder de factuur achteraf.
#### Medewerkers:
Medewerkers betalen niet vooraf als er een bedrijfsbeheerder is; de factuur gaat naar de beheerder toe.
#### Geen beheerder aanwezig:
Als er geen bedrijfsbeheerder aanwezig is, dan betaalt elke gebruiker direct tijdens de registratie.

#### Upgrades:
Upgrade je een bestaand product? De resterende looptijd van je huidige abonnement wordt automatisch verrekend, zodat je nooit te veel betaalt.

#### Verbeteringen voor bedrijfsbeheerders

Sinds 17 februari hebben we het uitnodigingsproces geoptimaliseerd:

#### Slimmere productindeling:
Je ziet nu alleen de producten die relevant zijn voor jouw bedrijf. Dit maakt uitnodigen eenvoudiger en overzichtelijker.
#### Uitnodigen voor eHerkenning niveau 4:
Als niveau 4-bedrijfsbeheerder kun je nu medewerkers direct uitnodigen voor een niveau 4-product. Zij komen meteen in jouw bedrijf in het SSP en hoeven niet meer vooraf te betalen.

We blijven het platform verder verbeteren, zodat jij altijd alleen ziet wat relevant is voor jouw bedrijf!

We've made our platform more user-friendly! Registering and inviting employees is now easier and more efficient. 

#### Pay Instantly During Registration
Payments for all eHerkenning products are now processed directly during registration, so you can start using your product after you’re authorisation is approved.

Simply select your preferred payment method: credit card or iDEAL.

#### Who Pays the invoice?
#### Company administrators:
Company administrators pay directly when registering for the first time. For all subsequent registrations, the administrator will receive an invoice afterward.
#### Employees: 
Employees do not pay upfront if a company administrator is present; In that case, the invoice is sent to the administrator.
#### No administrator present:
If no company administrator is present, each user pays directly during the registration.

#### Upgrades: 
Upgrading an existing product? The remaining duration of your current subscription is automatically deducted from the new price, ensuring you never overpay.

#### Improvements for Company Administrators
Since February 17, we have optimized the invitation process:

#### Smarter product selection:
You now only see the products relevant to your company, making it easier and more organized to invite employees.

#### Inviting for eHerkenning Level 4:
As a Level 4 company administrator, you can now directly invite employees for a Level 4 product. They will be automatically linked to your company in SSP and will no longer need to pay upfront.

#### Registratieproces Verbeterd: Een Vlottere Start voor Nieuwe Gebruikers

We hebben een probleem in het registratieproces voor nieuwe accounts geïdentificeerd en pakken dit nu aan. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat het aansluit bij de bedoelde klantreis en een soepelere, meer intuïtieve ervaring biedt.

#### Wat is er nieuw?

Op dit moment krijgen gebruikers die een nieuw account aanmaken zonder uitnodiging van een bedrijfsbeheerder na het registratieproces onverwacht een QR-code te zien om in te loggen, wat voor verwarring zorgt.

We passen de procedure aan en verwijderen deze onnodige inlogstap. In plaats daarvan krijgen gebruikers na het beveiligen van hun account op mobiel nu direct het scherm te zien met de bevestiging “Uw account is beveiligd”.

Vanaf daar kunnen gebruikers simpelweg de pagina sluiten of direct doorgaan naar de inlogpagina, zonder extra stappen.

#### Waarom is dit veranderd?

Deze update zorgt ervoor dat het registratieproces helder, overzichtelijk en in lijn is met onze bedoelde accountcreatie-flow, en biedt nieuwe gebruikers een vlottere onboardingervaring.

Alle nieuwe Digidentity-gebruikers die een productregistratie voltooien zonder een uitnodiging van een bedrijfsbeheerder.

We hebben een belangrijke wijziging in de regelgeving om te delen over het gebruik van Nederlandse rijbewijzen als identiteitsdocument. Het is een korte, maar essentiële update—dit is wat je moet weten:

Vanaf november worden Nederlandse rijbewijzen zonder NFC-chip niet langer als geldig identiteitsdocument geaccepteerd op ons platform.

#### Waarom is dit gewijzigd?

Deze update is in lijn met de nieuwste compliance-eisen die zijn vastgesteld door de RDW (de instantie die Nederlandse rijbewijzen uitgeeft).

Rijbewijzen zonder NFC-chip voldoen niet langer aan de officiële standaarden en kunnen niet meer worden gebruikt voor identiteitsverificatie. De NFC-chip bevat gegevens die bijdragen aan de veiligheid en echtheid van het document, wat risico's verkleint en het vertrouwen in het verificatieproces vergroot.

### Improvements

#### Fixing the Registration Journey: A Smoother Start for New Users

We’ve identified and are addressing an issue in the new account registration journey to make sure it aligns with intended customer journey and offers a smoother, more intuitive experience.

#### What’s new?

Currently, when a user creates a new account without an invitation from a company administrator, after the account creation process, users are unexpectedly shown a login QR code, which leads to confusion.

We’re updating the user journey and are removing this unnecessary log in step. Instead, after the account is secured on mobile, users will now see the “Account is secured” confirmation screen in line with intended customer journey flow.

From there, the users can simply close the page or continue directly to LogIn page without any extra steps.

#### Why the Change?

This update ensures the account creation journey is clean, clear, and consistent with our intended new account creation flow and provides a seamless onboarding experience for new users.

#### Who is impacted?

All new Digidentity users that are completing a product registration without an invitation from a company administrator.

#### Important Update: Dutch Driving Licences Without NFC No Longer Accepted

We’ve got a key regulation update to share regarding the use of Dutch driving licences as an identity document. It’s a short but important one—here’s what you need to know:

#### What’s New?

As of November, Dutch driving licences without an NFC chip are no longer considered valid for use as an identity document on our platform.

#### Why the Change?

This update aligns with the latest compliance requirements set by the RDW (the issuing authority for Dutch driving licences).

Licences without an NFC chip no longer meet official standards and cannot be used to verify identity. The NFC chip contains embedded data that helps ensure the security and authenticity of the document, reducing risk and enhancing trust in the verification process.

#### Who Is Impacted?

This update applies to all Digidentity users who intend to use a Dutch driving licence as part of their identity verification process for our products or services.

If your driving licence does not have an NFC chip, you will need to use a different valid identity document to complete your registration.

#### Correctie in Nederlandstalige betalingsherinneringen
We hebben een fout hersteld in de laatste betalingsherinnering die automatisch wordt verstuurd wanneer een betaling uitblijft. In deze herinnering stond per ongeluk de Engelse tekst “Send at” in plaats van het correcte Nederlandse “Verzonden op”. Dit kan verwarring opleveren en maakt het bericht minder betrouwbaar. Daarom hebben we dit aangepast, zodat onze communicatie weer volledig in het Nederlands is.
