Roles: Make the Most of This Powerful Feature!

Are you already using our roles functionality?
With this feature, administrators can create specific roles for selected employees directly in the self-service portal. This ensures that everyone always has access to the correct services without the hassle of managing permissions manually.

How does it work?

When you assign a new service to a role, all employees with that role are automatically authorized for the service. It’s efficient, time-saving, and reduces errors.

Practical examples:

• Create an HR role and link it to services like UWV. This way, all your HR employees will immediately have access to the tools they need.
• Set up a dedicated role for your Finance team, granting access to only the services relevant to their work.
