Digidentity is an EU-listed QTSP, supervised by the Dutch Authority for Digital Infrastructure, and provides fully remote QES registration. There is no USB token, no video appointment, and no physical device required. Registration takes minutes using your smartphone and a valid ID document, and you can start signing immediately. The annual cost is EUR 41 (excl. VAT).
Digidentity has verified over 25 million identities for more than 250,000 corporate clients and is recognised by the Unified Patent Court for document signing via its Case Management System (CMS).

QES is recognised under the eIDAS standard and provides the highest level of trust for your signatures. Documents uploaded to the Unified Patent Court’s CMS must be signed with a QES.

Documents uploaded to the new CMS must be signed with a valid QES to ensure that electronic filings have the same legal certainty, authenticity and enforceability as traditional handwritten court documents. This requirement by the UPC ensures maximum assurance that the signer is indeed who they claim to be.
