Yes! During registration, our solution automatically checks if you are a legal representative on behalf of your company. If not, a Power of Attorney will be generated that can be signed by the legal representative(s). It is also possible to accept these authorisations using the Self Service Portal. After that, you can complete your registration.

eHerkenning is a personal identification service that verifies an individual's identity and authentication. Therefore, anyone who is going to use eHerkenning must always complete their own registration. However, you can easily invite other people for your organisation using the Self Service Portal.

With the Self Service Portal, you can easily invite people via their email address. They will receive a link to start the registration, and you avoid the need to use Power of Attorney’s for these users.

With eHerkenning 3 Tax, you can only log into the portals of the Dutch Tax Authority. In contrast, with eHerkenning 3 Compleet, you can access all portals that are available at this level of reliability. Additionally, eHerkenning 3 Complete is required for the use of chain authorisations.

eHerkenning is a personal identification service that verifies an individual's identity and authentication. Therefore, you cannot transfer eHerkenning to someone else. The person who needs eHerkenning can complete a new registration themselves. You can add an organisation to your Digidentity account by starting a new registration. You can simply start using Digidentity by completing a registration. Please note that other eHerkenning providers often do not provide refunds for eHerkenning subscriptions that you still have in use. Do you want to switch as a larger organisation? Then contact us for a customised quote.

If the company has a foreign address and VAT number, it is possible to receive an invoice without VAT. You can send the VAT number of the relevant organisation, and your account details to debiteuren@digidentity.com. We will then send you a new invoice without VAT.
